First Flower

Last Sunday, the sun finally came out after what seemed like about two months. Not just some quick in-and-out appearance for a rainbow, but clear skies and bright sunlight. I sat in the kitchen for a while just enjoying the warmth of the sun on my face. And out in the back yard, we've already got some flowers blooming. Don't know what these are, but glad to see some colors other than the standard-issue Seattle gray! Didn't go flying because of other commitments, but hopefully, we'll have more good flying weather soon!
